A: Creating an account is easy. Sign up as a donor/recipient and fill in the required info - your name, username and location.

A: Yes, you can customize your user profile. You can edit your profile information, including your name, profile picture, contact details and location.

Using the Application

Q5. Can I connect with a donor?

A: Absolutely!

Q6. How do I communicate with a donor?

A: Click the “Request” button, giving your contact details in the additional notes section. From then onwards, communication can commence!

A: We take security seriously. Passwords are hashed and protected on secure database servers. Your personal details are encrypted and prevented from leaking.
